Who is Elizabeth?

Who Am I?

I started out coaching group classes in a CrossFit gym in 2015, encouraged by a coach who believed I could help people in their health and fitness journeys when even I didn't think it was possible. Over the last few years, I've grown more and more passionate about helping people get healthy and fit without feeling pressured into doing something that doesn't feel right to them.

After working out through my pregnancy, I realized that the resources for women in fitness are minimal (but, thankfully, growing) and decided I wanted to become a resource hub for women who wanted to get fit but weren't sure where to start, or how to continue once they fell pregnant.

My ultimate goal is to see more families living longer, happier lives together.

What Do I Do?

I strive to work with my client's schedule to help them reach their goals on their own time. My workouts are programmed to give you the best "bang for your buck" in minimal time. Knowing that you likely don't have several hours a day to dedicate to the gym, I work to provide workouts that can be done in as little as 30 minutes. Many of my workouts can be done with no equipment, or very minimal equipment.
