Here you'll find a series of easy to follow workout videos, including a warm up and cool down stretch. Each workout is approximately 35-40 minutes long and requires no equipment whatsoever.

The classes are tabata-style, wherein you work for a set amount of time then rest for a short time, repeating this throughout the whole workout with various movements.
