Kobold Series

Here is where you will find all of my follow-along workout videos for you to use whenever and wherever you need them. On vacation and need a quick bodyweight only workout that you can do in the hotel room or hotel gym? Getting tired of the same-old, same-old workouts and want to try something a little bit different? Look no further, here's your solution!

The sessions are categorized as follows:

Strength session, 30-45 minutes

Cardio session, 30-45 minutes

Mobility/Flexibility Improvement session, 20-25 minutes 

Combo Session (Cardio, Strength and Stretch), 30-45 minutes

Kickboxing Session, 30-45 minutes

Each HIIT class tabata-style class requiring no equipment; you are more than welcome to add weight or resistance bands to any movement if you wish. However, I highly encourage you to use a mat if you have one, a towel if you tend to sweat a lot, and water to stay hydrated throughout the workout.
