Who am I?

I've been coaching in the CrossFit and HIIT environment since 2013. Before that, I tried almost everything I could get my hands on. I did at-home DVD workouts; I used free random workouts I found online; I tried going to a "globo-gym" to figure things out on my own; I used to run every single day; I also tried step-aerobics, various dance classes, kickboxing classes. My personal preference is group classes so I'm not the only one working out, but I've learned over the years that exercise and movement takes so many different forms, and no one way is the "right" way. The best way to exercise is to do whatever form of fitness you love.

Education

I have earned my Personal Trainer certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), my nutrition coaching certification through Precision Nutrition (PN), my Prenatal and Postpartum Coaching certification through Girls Gone Strong (GGS); I am a Crossfit Level 2 Trainer (CF-L2), as well as a Certified Online Trainer through the Online Trainer Academy, hosted by the Personal Trainer Development Center (PTDC). 

Who do I coach?

I can coach athletes of all levels, but my preference is to help those who are just starting out and aren't quite sure if they're doing it right, or who want a more focused attention on their technique to build a strong foundation and get stronger and healthier.
